Q: What are your shopping options?

A: 

  1. You can shop in one of our physical stores at High St, San Fernando 🏬
  2. You can place an order for pickup at our store 🏬
  3. You can place an order for delivery to any location (home, work etc.) in Trinidad & Tobago 🚚

 

Q: Why did I receive an email/message about a delivery from this business although I didn't order from you?

A: You may have ordered from SHEIN which has a similar registered name to ours

 

Q: Do you deliver to countries outside of Trinidad & Tobago?

A: Sorry, we only deliver within Trinidad & Tobago at this time but we may offer international shipping in the future ✈👍

 

Q: Do I need to pay online with card when placing my order?

A: No card payment is required. You can select "Cash On Delivery" to pay with cash OR card on delivery of your package OR you can choose "Bank Deposit" to pay by either a deposit to our account in a bank or via online banking. If you wish to pay with card on delivery, please message us after placing your order to inform us so we can request that the courier brings a machine.

 

Q: How do I make bank payment?

A: A sales representative will WhatsApp you with the banking information when your package is being prepared for delivery

 

Q: Can you bring extra sizes when delivering?

A: Sorry, we use an external courier service to deliver all of our customers' packages. They don’t carry extra sizes. You can come instore if you wish to try on or if you order for delivery and it doesn't fit, you can request an exchange guided by our Exchange Policy.

 

Q: Can I try on the product when it is delivered?

A: Sorry, we use an external courier service and they won’t allow you to try on the product. They have many other customers to serve as well and won't be able to wait for try on. If the product doesn’t fit you, you can request an exchange for a different size guided by our Exchange Policy.

 

Q: Where is your physical store?

A: We have 2 store locations:
- 2nd level (upstairs, next to Bmobile), RRM Plaza, High Street, San Fernando. 
- To the right of the A&S Mall entrance, High Street, San Fernando.

We're open Mondays to Saturdays from 8:30 to 5:30 and Sundays from 8:30 to 2:30

 

Q: What is your Exchange Policy?

A: Exchange can be requested within (7) seven days of receiving packages. All exchanging items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are required to pay the courier delivery fee of $25 for Trinidad and $35 for Tobago exchanges. Exchanges can also be done in-store with no additional fees.

 

Q: How do I know if a Size/Color is in stock or out of stock?

A: Sold out Sizes/Colors have a line through them and may have a dimmed text shade. Select both the Size (if applicable) and Color (if applicable) and you'll be able to see if anything is crossed out. When something that's sold out is selected, you will not be able to add it to your cart as it may show "Sold out" or something similar; If it's in stock the "Add to Cart" button will show.

 

Q: How will I know when an item/size/color/style is back in stock?

A: You can follow our social media accounts (Facebook, IG, TikTok, WhatsApp) for updates via posts/stories or you can periodically check back the product page on the website and refresh the page for updated info 👍

 

Q: How to order?

A:

1. Select the size & color you want & click/tap "Add to cart". To add more than 1 size/color to cart, add them one by one.

2. Select "View Cart" or "Buy Now" or 🛒 in top right

3. Click/Tap the "Check Out" button and enter your information. Leave the postal code box blank❗👍

4. Select the "Complete order" button and your order has been placed! 🥳🎊🎉

Q: Did my order go through?

A: It was successfully placed if you got a confirmation page after completing the order.

If you didn't, please check on the following:
- Ensure that you don't enter the postal code box. It must be blank & untouched. If you did, please reload the page and enter your information without entering that box with your cursor or typing selector.
- Ensure that you entered a city/town/village in the City field and that it’s spelled correctly
- Ensure that your phone # has 868 at the front.
- Select the "Complete order" button at the bottom of the checkout page and wait for a confirmation page to come up.

A: 

Anywhere in Trinidad: ⬇⏬🔽

↪ Cash On Delivery: $45


Anywhere in Tobago: ⬇⏬🔽

↪ Bank Transfer/Deposit: $35

↪ Cash On Delivery: $60

 

Q: What is the expected delivery time within Trinidad?

A: After your package is prepared (typically within 24hrs) the external courier company, Odeliver, picks it up on the same or next day.

After pickup, they usually deliver in 1-2 business days for most urban areas, 1-3 business days for rural areas and 1-5 business days for further rural places.

Delivery days are Mondays to Saturdays but there may be specific days for certain rural areas.

Please refer to the courier's website, odeliver.net , for accurate info and package tracking.

The courier will contact you before delivery by WhatsApp message and/or phone call.

 

Q: What is the expected delivery time to Tobago?

A: After your package is prepared (typically within 24hrs) the external courier company, Odeliver, picks it up on the same or next day.

After pickup, they will then ship it to Tobago on the next Tuesday or Thursday after which they usually deliver in 1-3 business days (Mondays to Saturdays).

Please refer to the courier's website, odeliver.net , for accurate info and package tracking.

The courier will contact you before delivery by WhatsApp message and/or phone call.

 

Q: How can I call you?

A: You can call us by normal phone call or WhatsApp call at 274-2085 between 8:45am & 5:15pm Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays that we're closed on) and between 8:45am & 2:15pm on Sundays
